Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can also use our sample withdrawal form .
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments, including delivery costs (except for special delivery methods), no later than fourteen days from the date of receipt of your cancellation notice.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you originally used, unless we expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the refund.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days after cancellation. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the deadline. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
❌ Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

For the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery (Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 3 BGB).
Note: Our cannabis seeds are delivered in sealed packages.
For hygiene reasons, returns are not possible if the seal has been opened or damaged.
