1. Is the sale of cannabis seeds legal in Germany?
Yes. The purchase and possession of cannabis seeds has been legal in Germany since April 1, 2024. Commercial sale is also permitted, provided the use complies with legal requirements—in particular, home cultivation according to Section 9 of the Cannabis Act.
2. Can I buy cannabis seeds from CrazyBud?

3. Why should I buy in Germany instead of abroad?

11. Can I cancel or return my order?
Cancellations are possible as long as the package hasn't been shipped. For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not possible after shipment.
