These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop at www.crazybud.de by consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

3. Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to the customer to submit an offer.
By submitting your order, you submit a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded upon our acceptance via email or upon delivery of the goods.
4. Protection of minors
Sales are only available to adults (at least 18 years old). We reserve the right to conduct age verification.
5. Prices and payment terms
All prices quoted are final prices in euros, including VAT. Shipping costs will be listed separately before completing your order.

6. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. The goods are shipped in neutral packaging by reliable shipping providers.
Regular delivery time: 2–5 business days after receipt of payment.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal according to Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB). You can find the details in our cancellation policy .
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or unsealed packaging cannot be returned.
8. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. In the event of defects, you can initially request repair or replacement. If this fails, you are entitled to withdraw from the contract or a reduction in price.
9. Liability
We are fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. We are only liable for other damages in cases of intent or gross negligence. Further liability is excluded.

11. Use of the products
Our products (cannabis seeds) are intended exclusively for adults. Use may only be permitted within the framework of applicable legal regulations.
We expressly point out that the cultivation of cannabis in Germany is only permitted within the framework of the Cannabis Act. Any misuse or illegal use is beyond our responsibility.
12. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is – to the extent permitted by law – our registered office.
13. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
